This dynamic Trio hosts two of UK's most in demand musicians: Laurence Cottle on electric bass and Jim Watson on piano. The Trio due to the nature of the combination of instruments creates more of an intimate setting performing jazz Standards from the Great American SongBook.   A recording was released in 2021 by the Trio: 'The Power of Three'.  The recording took place at Chapel Arts Gallery, Cheltenham. As opposed to his previous projects, Starace decided he wanted to create a 'Live' recording session that worked as a jam session with very little arrangements and just playing tunes as they were originally written. As a result the CD is a true expression of the Trio with hardly any editing.
